PUBLICATION OF OUR FIRST WHITE PAPER ON DEEPFAKES !

FIRSH has integrated a laboratory into the firm, FIRSH LAB, which works on issues of governance, collective intelligence and the common good, necessary for the preparation of tomorrow’s law in these areas of expertise: intellectual property, tech, data, artificial intelligence, NFT.

This White Paper marks the official launch of FIRSH LAB, which is publishing its first study on a high-stakes social issue: deepfakes ( “hypertrucages” generated by artificial intelligence).

📢 The purpose of this White Paper is to contribute to the collective intelligence on the law and technological innovation represented by deepfakes, and to provide legal and practical recommendations for curbing a phenomenon with proven risks. After a documented study of the technical aspects and a legal reflection on the texts in presence of the doctrine and court decisions, this White Paper gives legal and practical recommendations:

*individuals

This white paper represents more than 6 months of work, more than 6 months of research, legal analysis, drafting, corrections, reflection and rich interviews with French and foreign experts in artificial intelligence, both technical and legal, to understand a major social issue with multiple stakes, and to provide concrete solutions for all players in society, from schools to public authorities.
