Contribution to the White Paper “the insurability of activities related to blockchain and cryptoactives(myths and realities)” edited by BDJ, LSN Assurances, NEOTech and Diot-Siaci
FIRSH contributed its legal expertise to the White Paper on the insurability of blockchain and cryptoasset activities under the direction of BDJ, LSN Assurances, NEOTech and Diot-Siaci (put their link to their site)
Are blockchain and cryptoasset activities insurable? If so, how?
This is a major issue, as insurance can provide innovative projects with its share of “confidence” in their support and development.
When a business can be insured, it can be more attractive because it can cover potential risks for investors, bankers, partners and customers. For insurers, it’s also a new market share to conquer.
This first White Paper therefore makes a significant contribution to understanding and evolving the issues surrounding blockchain and cryptoactives in the insurance industry.
FIRSH likes to take on legal challenges on innovative projects: it’s its DNA.
