Samuel Brami joins FIRSH as associate lawyer

FIRSH, which celebrates its 2nd anniversary this month, is expanding once again with the appointment of Samuel Brami as associate lawyer.

 

Member of the Paris Bar since January 2024, Samuel Brami works in all areas of intellectual property, media, new technologies and data protection, as well as in commercial contracts.

 

He advises and represents tech startups as well as French and foreign corporates in various sectors such as technology, publishing, audiovisual, luxury.

 

Samuel holds a Master’s degree in Literary and Artistic Property Law from Université Paris Panthéon-Assas and a Diploma in Legal Studies from the University of Oxford.

Before joining Firsh, he developed significant expertise in intellectual property law through numerous internships in international institutions and law firms, including Baker McKenzie, Jones Day, and Nomos, as well as within the Accor Group and the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).

 

Since obtaining his French Bar qualification (CAPA), he has also deepened his expertise in audiovisual, media, and entertainment law by working with leading law firms in these fields, such as Taylor Wessing and Simon & Associés.

 

Drawing on his experience in IP and media, he will strengthen the team in charge of AI, media & entertainment projects.
