This assistance is twofold:

FIRSH has developed a particular expertise in film, audiovisual, live performance, press and publishing law, commonly called media and entertainment law.
Our objective is to protect creation and its authors from development to exploitation, whether it si cinematographic, audiovisual, musical, scenographic or literary.
Our missions cover in particular :
- Drafting and negotiation of contracts for the transfer of copyrights, adaptation of pre-existing works, acquisition of foreign formats
- Drafting and negotiation of contracts for scriptwriters, for the acquisition of adaptation rights, for author-directors, for options, for the renewal of rights, for co-productions, for distribution and sales, but also for the acquisition of adaptation rights, for “synchros”, for the commissioning of musical compositions
