FIRSH NEWS – Our intellectual property

The cobbler’s children are often the worst shod. At FIRSH, we try to prove otherwise.

When we support companies with their fundraising, growth initiatives or the structuring of their intangible assets, one issue invariably arises: who owns the intellectual property rights that constitute the company’s value?

Intellectual property is not a minor matter. It is a strategic asset.

Trademarks, logos, brand guidelines, visual designs, software, databases, content, know-how… all these elements contribute to the company’s value and must be identified, protected and, as far as possible, owned by the company itself.

So, naturally, we apply to FIRSH the recommendations we make to our clients every day.

From the very start of the firm, we have worked with the teams at Vaadigm to build a brand identity that reflects who we are: a brand identity guide, a visual style, a stylised ‘F’, and a distinctive colour, somewhere between blue and purple.

Above all, we have secured these assets.

The FIRSH trademarks are registered, notably in France, and the rights to our visual identity are legally protected.

Because a strong brand deserves protection commensurate with the effort invested in its creation.

Creating is good. Protecting is essential.
