FIRSH welcomes Claire Gadea as a Partner and strengthens its support for innovative businesses in Paris and Bordeaux

FIRSH is pleased to announce that Claire Gadea has joined the firm as a Partner.

Her arrival marks a new milestone in the firm’s development and strengthens its ability to advise businesses facing increasingly complex challenges relating to data, artificial intelligence, intellectual property and innovation.

Combining private practice and in-house legal experience

Claire’s professional background stands out for the complementary nature of her experience.

After six years in private practice, notably at De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, she joined two leading luxury houses, Parfums Christian Dior and Boucheron.

For nearly ten years, she worked within in-house legal teams closely involved in the operations of international groups, contributing to strategic decision-making while supporting business teams in their day-to-day activities.

This experience has given her an in-depth understanding of the expectations of senior management, business teams and legal departments. Accustomed to working within demanding international organisations, she is able to quickly grasp operational challenges, internal processes and the priorities of her clients.

This enables her to integrate seamlessly into her clients’ teams and act as a genuine extension of their internal resources, whether supporting a strategic project, temporarily strengthening an in-house legal department or providing readily available expertise on complex matters.

FIRSH’s expansion in Bordeaux

Claire will also contribute to FIRSH’s development in Bordeaux, a particularly dynamic ecosystem bringing together startups, industrial companies, research centres, universities and investors.

The firm aims to strengthen its support for businesses operating in the technology, healthtech, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and digital economy sectors.

With Claire joining the partnership, FIRSH continues to pursue its ambition: providing clients with legal advice that combines legal excellence, a strong understanding of business challenges and a practical, operational perspective.
