Our founding partner Claire Poirson was interviewed by Aymeric Renou for Le Parisien on the subject of deepfakes – photos, videos or audio messages created by artificial intelligence.
The firm has recently had its first deepfake case. It advised a client, CEO of a company, who had been the victim of an elaborate scam. His voice had been reproduced identically to deceive an external accountant and ask her to change the bank details of a supplier, causing hundreds of thousands of euros in damage.
